Do you sell to individuals?

In short, no. Our mission is to support music educators and we want our focus to lie solely on audio in music education programs. While we may broaden the scope of our equipment sales someday in the future, we only plan to work with school districts and non-profit band booster organizations for the foreseeable future.
How long will my order take?
The timeline for an order is largely dependent on the items included in the order. Many items are ready to ship right away, but many are built-to-order or are backordered by the manufacturer due to supply chain delays. We will always be transparent with order timelines and will provide the best information we have available at the time.
What if my group needs an item that isn't listed on the website?
Get in touch! We understand that every ensemble has unique audio requirements and are happy to work with you to find the right solution.
Do you accept returns?
Our goal is to work with customers and clients before orders are placed to help ensure that the most appropriate equipment is purchased. This is to reduce the chances of a return needing to be made and saves directors the hassle and time of getting in touch to send a product back. However, we understand that there may be situations in which a return may be best course of action and will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis.
What if my program already works with an audio consultant?
We understand the amount of trust band directors give their audio consultant to recommend the right products for their ensemble. Our aim is to build upon this trust by respecting your consultant’s recommendations and are happy to talk with them to ensure we get the right equipment ordered.
