One of the most used microphones in the marching arts, the AT2035 has cemented itself as a go-to microphone for a wide range of applications on the performance field. Its rugged build quality is able to withstand the daily rigors of marching season. To help reduce keyboard frame noise and wind noise, the AT2035 is equipped with an internal, switchable low-cut filter. A signal output reduction switch is located on the back, next to the low-cut switch, that reduces the outgoing signal of the microphone for high volume applications.
 
The included shock mount is also very durable and further reduces keyboard frame noise by isolating the microphone from mounting hardware. This eliminates the need to remove and store the At2035 between rehearsals and performances. However, the At2035 does come with a padded storage pouch for added convenience and peace of mind.
 
Since the AT2035 is a condenser microphone, it does require +48v Phantom Power to operate. Fortunately, Phantom Power is very standard in all modern mixers. The AT2035 is able to handle sound pressure levels of up to 158dB SPL, meaning your star soloists can let loose without worrying about damaging the microphone.
