The DFIND9 package by RF Venue is everything needed to easily distribute wireless radio frequency signals and power to multiple wireless microphone receivers. It’s comprised of 4 main components: the Diversity Fin Antenna, a pair of 25’ BNC cables, the DISTRO9 distribution box, and a multitude of short BNC and power cables to connect the DISTRO9 to multiple wireless microphone receivers.

 

The Diversity Fin Antenna is basically two antennas in one. In most wireless microphone systems, two antennas are required to properly capture incoming wireless radio frequencies, but not with the RF Venue Diversity Fin. This single-antenna setup makes for very easy and efficient daily set ups and is less equipment to keep track of.

 

The two included 25’ BNC cables connect the Diversity Fin Antenna to the DISTRO9 distribution box. While most marching audio systems will have the antenna mounted just above the distribution box in the same field cart, the 25’ ensures that the Diversity Fin Antenna can be flown high for optimal performance making this a great option for the marching field and auditorium alike.

 

The DISTRO9 distribution box receives the incoming radio frequency signals from the Diversity Fin Antenna and sends the signal to up to 9 individual wireless microphone receivers. Furthermore, it supplies power to up to 9 wireless microphone receivers which dramatically reduces cable-clutter in the back of your rack space or field carts. Built with a rugged metal chassis, the DISTRO9 requires only 1U of  rack space.

 

Short BNC cables and DC power cables are included to connect the DISTRO9 to individual wireless microphone receivers.
