The C02 microphone pair provides tremendous value for its price point. This microphone package includes two C02 microphones, two proprietary shock mounted mic clips, two fitted windscreens, and a convenient storage case that fits all of the aforementioned pieces.
 
The two C02 microphones are perfectly matched to ensure consistent frequency pickup. They’re also super sensitive due to their small size, but can handle up to 134dB of sound. This means you won’t have to worry about these microphones distorting from super loud sound sources.
 
Designed for a wide variety of instruments, the C02 microphones are built with a super-cardioid pickup area. In other words, these mics do a great job of picking up the sound directly in front of them and rejecting sounds from the side and rear of the mic.
 
Since the C02 is a condenser microphone, it does require +48v Phantom Power to operate. Fortunately, Phantom Power is very standard in all modern mixers.
