“WB98H/C” is simply shorthand for Wireless Beta 98 Horn / Clip microphone. It’s built-in clip allows it to easily clip to the bell of brass instruments. The gooseneck acts as a shock mount, helping isolate the microphones pickup from movement and wind noise, and makes for flexible positioning. The WB98H/C has been trusted with the sound of many performers and always delivers.
 
As its name implies, the WB98H/C is designed for use with wireless body pack transmitters. The wire attached to the main body of the microphone terminates with a TA4F connector, also known as a “mini-XLR”, and will not connect to a regular XLR microphone cable.
