The Yamaha TF1 digital mixer is a fully featured 32 channel mixer. Equipped with 16 Microphone/Line inputs and a set of 16 channel faders, the TF1 has enough room to accommodate ensembles using a smaller number of audio channels. The large touch-screen interface gives users easy access to all mixer controls, making the TF1 very approachable by newcomers.
 
The TF1 fits comfortably in single-wide, or larger, mixer carts and has enough outputs for any number of speaker configurations; 16 in total. The included effects, powerful audio processing and flexible routing are user-friendly and easy to navigate, giving marching ensembles all the necessary tools to create a great sounding mix.
 
Since the TF1 is all digital, users have the ability to save mixer settings into scenes that can be loaded at any time. This allows different settings to be recalled throughout a performance with supreme consistency. With the use of scenes, a single soloist microphone, for example, can accommodate multiple instruments by having different EQ settings and fader positions recalled throughout a performance.
 
The use of a Yamaha NY64-D Expansion Card and a Yamaha TIO1608-D Stage Box upscales the TF1’s input count, providing the extra 16 mic/line inputs.
 
To top it off, Yamaha provides free supplementary software to control your TF Series mixer from afar; TF StageMix. While this feature does require a separate WiFi network router, it's very easy to set up and allows you to run rehearsal from the box without having to sprint down to the sideline to make mix adjustments.
